About Kirby Planet Robobot

If you guys and gurls didn't know, I'm a HUUUUGE Kirby fan. Seriously, it's my fav Nintendo serie! So after I saw the content of the new Kirby game on 3ds that will soon be avaible in store (the release date for North America and Europe is June 10, 2016!), I just have the HYPE! For the ones who don't know why I am so HYPED about this new game, I'll explain. And it's also a reason why I am in the Kirby fandom. In most of the last Kirby games, Nintendo hide some bosses from their older Kirby games. Sure in the first 3ds game, Triple Deluxe, Kracko is back as a main boss, but here's two other bosses that the fanbase freaking love for multiple reasons that are kinda like "final bosses" or "pseudo-final bosses". The first "hidden" boss is not really hidden cause you have to beat him during the main story mode. This boss is Masked Dedede. Masked Dedede is from Kirby Super Star Ultra. It was one of the final four of The True Arena mode. Mode that I also love and that is also back in some of the newest games. And geez that we love this boss. He was really hard in Super Star Ultra. Maybe he's not has hard in Triple Deluxe but here's something else that the fans love about this boss. His theme. His battle theme. It's one of the best battle theme of the franchise. This time, however, he's mind-controlled by Taranza and he's a pre-final boss. And we love it. And they made a remix of this theme in Triple Deluxe. Sadly, Masked Dedede only appears in the main story mode and The Arena mode. The second huped character is a nostalgic one that. The first time I saw him in Triple Deluxe in a Let's Play, I was like "OMG!! He's back!" This character give a lot of nostalgia to Kirby fans. This character is Dark Meta Knight from Kirby & the Amazing Mirror. He's the final boss of Dedede Tour mode. Dedede Tour is almost the same as the story mode but you play as King Dedede, the bosses are in their DX form (they are stronger), the mode is kinda like a race cause you can see how many time it takes you to finish each levels and the entire mode and here's portals to another levels of the story mode to go faster if you found them. I think this game mode is the best for s£eedrunners and TAS cause ot's a race. So... After beating Queen Sectonia DX (I'll speak about Sectonia later too), the Amazing Mirror appears in the room where you had the battle. Idk if you have to beat Shadow Dedede (a clone of King Dedede who is stronger than Masked Dedede and who's not King Dedede) or if you have to directly battle Dark Meta Knight. But anyway. So... After beating Sectonia DX (or Shadow Dedede), you enter the Amazing Mirror. For the ones who didn't played Amazing Mirror, know that Dark Meta Knight is a wingless clone of Meta Knight and that he was "working" for Dark Mind, the final boss of this game. He was keeping Meta Knight confined in the amazing mirror, I think. But, after Kirby beat Dark Mind, he kinda took control of the Amazing Mirror. Or was jailed in the mirror. Before the battle, a cutscene showing the amazing mirror appearing and Dark Meta Knight being freed of the mirror play. Dark Meta Knight is stronger than before. He have wings now and a kind of his own copy of Meta Knight's sword. After we beat him with King Dedede, he returns in the Mirror and Dedede try to broke it. Also, Dark Meta Knight is showed in the Story mode ending as a black silhouette. In The True Arena mode where you beat every bosses in their DX form and with the "Nightmare four" (being Sectonia DX, Shadow Dedede, Dark Meta Knight and the true final boss of the game, Soul of Sectonia, that I will also speak later), Dark Meta Knight is named Dark Meta Knight's Revenge cause he want his revenge against Kirby. After beating him, he is sealed again in the mirror but this time the mirror broke so it means that he's gone forever. That's all for the hidden bosses in Triple Deluxe but as I said, I'll speak about Queen Sectonia. Queen Sectonia is one of the most popular bosses and main antagonist of the Kirby serie. She looks like a bee or a wasp and she want to be the Queen of the world. She speak a lot about beauty. Her first battle theme is Dirty & Beauty and is one of the most popular soundtrack of the serie, and my personnal fav. She's also my fav boss. Queen Sectonia, after defeated, take controls of a giant flower that helped Kirby come to her castle and save the people of Floralia. She is beaten by Kirby in her Flower form but she returns as the final hidden boss of the True Arena mode. In The True Arena mode, after her flower form is beaten, she escape the huge flower and battle in another way that the Soul bosses have in common. All the soul bosses are using attacks from the soul bosses before them. They are Zero-Two (in Kirby 64 but idk why he is in the soul bosses category), Drawcia Soul (from Kirby and the Canvas Curse, I think she's the true last boss of the story mode but I'm not sure), Marx Soul (from Kirby Super Star Ultra, where he comes back after being beaten in another mode of the game and resurected by Nova in the True Arena mode of the game, I will also speak about Nova later), Magolor Soul (from Kirby Returns to Dreamland) and Soul of Sectonia. And her battle theme is Battle of souls ~ Spirits across the Stars. That's all about Triple Deluxe. In Returns to Dreamland here's also an hidden boss. Galacta Knight from SuperStar Ultra. He was the final boss of the Meta Knightmare Ultra mode of the game and one of the Fin Five in Superstar Ultra. He is one of the Final Four in Returns to Dreamland and is stronger. We also love his battle theme. After we have to beat Magolor Soul in the True Arena mode. Just know that his theme name is CROWNED, cause I'll speak about it later. And now, finally, with all of this known, we can sleak about Kirby Planet Robobot. The reason why I am so hyped about it is because here's A LOT OF BOSSES FROM THE PREVIOUS GAMES IN IT! Firstly, the second boss of the game looks like a boss from Kirby 64. This boss use four bosses from the previous kirby games. Kracko, two Doomers that are from Kirby Returns to Dreamland, Coily Rattler from Triple Deluxe and ice dragon that Idk where it is from. After, Meta Knight and King Dedede are presents as bosses too. Well... Kinda. Here's Mecha Knight who is Meta Knight kinda mind-controled and "modified" to be a robot or a cyborg. In his second battle, right before the two other last bosses, he have a monstruous and creepy long metalic clawed tail. Here's also Dedede Clone who is a clone of King Dedede made from his DNA. During his battle, we are taking an elevator to the top of a bulding and he split into three smaller Dedede. After beating the three Dededes, we finaly are ontpp of the bulding and they use a moving canon/robot as a weapon against Kirby. After beating the canon, it explode and the three Dedede clones explode in the and finish as the letter D. That does "D D D" (I can say that they get DDDestroyed as a joke). So... After we beat the President Haltmann who is the main antagonist of the game, he explain that he will use a program named Star Dteam to control the planet (or something like this). But before he was able to put the hat to control the computer on his head, Susie, his secretary stole it from him and he faint. She put it on her head but Star Dream himself shoot her with a kind of laser thing and reveal that he will destroy the universe using the President to speak. Just know that the President wanted to use Star Dream to make the wish to resurrect his death daughter that he lodt when they were working on Star Dream. But in fact that wish is impossible. Kirby use the new armor thing that is new to the serie and control the Halberd to chase Star Dream that escape in space. After defeating Star Dream first form, he come back to Planet Popstar to fuses with the Access Ark (an entire level of the game!) to become a sentient planet! But Kirby destroy his armor front and he reveals what is under it... And it's a big surprise and a kot of Nostalgia. STAR DREAM'S FINAL FORM LOOKS LIKE NOVA FROM KIRBY SUPERSTAR! Nova looks like a clock. In Superstar, Nova is a wish-maker machine that made the wish of Marx, the main antagonist of Milky Way Wishes mode amd final boss of the entire game. Another thing is that Star Dream was also a wish-maker machine. But Haltmann powered it up too soon and he became sentient. So.. It's not Nova but it looks like Nova. After, here's a mode that is returned in this game. Meta Knightmare Returns, that is like a mix of Dedede Tour from Triple Deluxe and Meta Knightmare Ultra from Supertar Ultra. Again, you battle againdt the EX ver (or 2.0 ver, it is not confirmed) of the bosses but instead of beating Star Dream, he became a "moderator" of it and star dream made three challenges for him. The first one is a copy of a boss named Dark Matter. Dark Matter is from Kirby's Dreamland 3 (I think). This ver is weaker. After, he have to beat a clone of Queen Sectonia but weaker too. An interesting fact or easter egg of her battle is before she been destroyed (half a second before I think), she takes the form of Taranza. Many fans say that it's her original form before she became overpowered and the queen she is now. The third and final challenge is Galacta Knight. But he destroy Star Dream right before the battle. After the battle against him, he became prisoner of his Crystal Prison again and return to his time. This time, Galacta Knight looks like he have some of Magolor-like attacks. And that's freaking nice. Btw, here's many themes from past Kirby games that are in this one. Here's a theme from Canvas Curse that is playing in a certain level, a remix of Meta Knight's battle theme play when we battle Mecha Knight, a remix of King Dedede's theme play when fighting the Dedede clones in the canon thing, a remix of Dark Matter's battle theme play when in battle against him, same for a remastered or remixed ver of Dirty & Beauty when battle against Queen Sectonia, the first half of the battle against Galacta Knight is the same as when the first half battle against him in Returns to Dreamland and a remix of his battle theme play for the second half. Here's also a remix of a battle theme that play during the first mini-boss battle in the True Arena mode (or idk if it is a remix of King Dedede's theme from Triple Deluxe or a theme of Meta Knight. Not sure for this one) and the second mini-boss battle in the True Arena mode is the Soul of Sectonia battle theme from Triple Deluxe remixed. In a level, here's also a remix of CROWNED, the Magolor Soul battle theme, that is playing. The true final boss of the game is Star Dream Soul OS in the True Arena mode. After beating the same three phases of battle against Star Dream in the main story mode but stronger this time, and the recoloration of the "Star Dream clock form" looking even more like Nova, he inhale Kirby and Kirby have to beat his soul that take the form of of heart. The soul form have many attacks that looks like Marx Soul attacks from Super Star Ultra. Idk about if he have other attacks from the other soul bosses but I know that Marx is really present. That also make even more think about Nova. Here's also another mode that have bosses from past Kirby games. A multiplayer mode where you take one of the four roles avaible to defeat bosses togheter. It looks like a medieval sub-game. The bosses that are back are Gigant Edge, Mr. Frosty, Whispy Woods (from many games but I'll say the one from Returns to Dreamland I think), Pyribbit (from Triple Deluxe), and Landia (the pre-final boss of Returns to Dreamland, his EX version is also a boss in this mode). So this game have a lot of things from the previous games. This game is made for the fans who will remember these bosses from their original games. Finally, here's two new copy abilities made from other Nintendo series character. The Doctor ability that his inspired by Dr Mario, and the ESP ability that is inspired by Ness from Earthbound, this one even in his description in-game. The game is also amiibo compatible. The amiibo give Kirby specific copy abilities for Kirby for the amiibo from characters of Nintendo series games, some random abilities from tha amiibo characters of series that are not made by Nintendo like Ryu or Mega-man, and it'll have his own custom amiibo set that content Kirby, who give the UFO ability, King Dedede that give the Hammer ability and change the colour of kirby to looks like the King and a hat too, Meta Knight that give the Sword ability and give kirby a skin that looms like Meta Knight with the color, little wings in his back, the sword of Meta Knight and the mask, and finally the Waddle Dee amiibo that give kirby the Parasol ability, change color to match a Waddle Dee and wields a spotted blue parasol instead of the usual one. Also, the Smash Bros Kirby amiibo give him the Smash Bros ability that is hard to find (only almost at the end of the game) and that is the same attacks as Kirby in Smash Bros. Also, if using the King Dedede Smash bros amiibo, he get the hammer ability and also become yellow. Same for Meta Knight Smash Bros amiibo, giving the sword ability and changing color to green. The Mirror and, the Archer, the Circus and the Jet abilities are also back.
So that's all I have to say about it. Hopes you'll like the game as I'll probably do!
