And no, don't start "Binding of Isaac" YET AGAIN, for goodness sake! You went as far as you could with that game. Sure, it's possible to unlock the last few remaining items... theoretically! But see, nothing is to be gained from all these attempts to get something out of the characters like The Lost or The Keeper. You CAN'T win with them! It's NOT possible! Don't waste any more hours on even trying.
