Also as of this current point in time I do not have wings or extra limbs, so those would be the only thing I can't do really. I can make custom faces and tails if I don't already have them built into the base.

As far as the extra cost goes that really depends on if you want the markings to be totally exact, because referencing them line for line is what's going to take a while.
