You may not:
Sell/trade/gift away unless I have givin you to permission to do so.
Graveyard them.
If I trade a character for another character and you try to sell it or trade it the next week or month then give it back to me, if you refuse I will just take it back forcefully. Sorry not sorry
You must keep the character for at least a year before you sell or trade it, otherwise give it back to me
You must have at least 1 piece of artwork every month (DEBATEABLE)
You will get a warning and if you don't comply then I will take the adopt away. (Not all the time, Depends on the character)
I will take the character back without a refund if you don't follow my terms.
I will issue a warning, if you don't change anything I will take the character back, as said, without a refund or trade back.
I will not hesitate to take the character back
You can however: Get art
Resell for amount bought(Unless traded)
If you no longer want the character then (if I have a connection with them) I would like to have them back, otherwise I need to know who you are selling/trading to before you even sell/trade them.
ARTWORK
If bought I will do everything in my power to finish it that day, unless I am busy.
If its a gift or you are getting anything for free from me
DO NOT expect me to finish it in the days time. I may take weeks or months to do it because well; I can and its a free drawing. Do not pressure me to finish it or do it because that just makes your situation worse and I may or may not do it afterall.
I have the right to refuse your order if I see fit.
If you dont like my T.O.S then don't complain or buy/order/get art or any sort of characters from me.
Do not use my art for profit
You may sell a character and have my art come with it but do not sell my art.
No refunds after the sketching stage
Full refund after 3 months if not started.
Please do not complain if I am a week or two late, I do have a life! lol
I work Saturday and Sunday for sure, Mon-Fri is focused on school
