The Basics
✤ I reserve the right to decline any commission(s) I don't feel comfortable doing.

✤ I maintain rights to all works I create.

✤ I can issue a refund at any point, including, but not limited to, if I no longer feel comfortable working with a commissioner without any obligation to explain why.

✤ I will not post artwork that was requested to stay private. Likewise, I can also choose not to host an image publicly.

✤ The commission is DIGITAL COPY only. No physical copy.

✤ The commissioner may request to remain anonymous in relation to their commission if they choose to.

✤ If the commissioner posts their commission elsewhere, credit must be given.

✤ By commissioning me you agree and acknowledge my Terms Of Service.

✤ I have the right to change the commission T.O.S at any time within reason.

✤ I will post journals when I am accepting commissions. Please read everything in that entry as I may be accepting only a certain type of commission at that time.

The Payment

✤ Payment through Paypal (USD) only.

✤ Payment must be paid in full upfront, unless I state otherwise, after I've agreed to accept your commission.

✤ I have the right to recycle the sketch or progress on cancelled commissions.

✤ Refunds are given under very limited reasons which are listed in a few sections below.

How It Works

✤ I accept your commission after you send me as much detail as possible. Ones with visual references are more likely to be accepted.

✤ Payment is received.

✤ I'll start your work. In most cases there will be no W.I.P. revision. In some cases there will be only one W.I.P. sent and revised. This will be mentioned prior to payment being accepted.

✤ Work is completed and sent to commissioner.

✤ Minor edits may be requested if they are something that was mentioned PRIOR to completion and something I forgot. Such as markings/tattoos.

✤ Other edits will be discussed and may require an additional fee.

✤ If there was no request not to post it, artwork will be posted to the sites I typically post to.

Rules On Refunds

✤ If at some point I no longer feel comfortable working with a commissioner I will give a partial (50% if lineart is completed, 75% if there is nothing more than a sketch) refund up until the colouring stage.

✤ Once the Flats have started, there will be no chance of refunds unless it falls under the two examples listed below.

✤ Full refunds are given ONLY in two situations. [1] If I have taken over the given time that I have stated to complete the commission during the initial stages. This usually means about one month. [2] If it is within 24 hours of payment.

✤ The commissioner is responsible for their own financial situation(s) and obligation(s). Refunds will not be given in this case.

✤ Do not open a PayPal dispute without contacting me first.

Edits, Permissions, Credits, and Posting Rights

✤ The commissioner may not hire another artist to finish something I started without my permission first.

✤ You may not use my artwork commercially without permission.

✤ You may not profit off of my artwork (such as, though not limited to, through prints, shirts, posters, etc.)

✤ I retain all copyrights to the artwork I worked on.

✤ Credit in the form of a direct link must be provided wherever you post it.

✤ Clients are not allowed to blur, cover, or remove watermark for whatever reason unless cropping the image for personal use within reason: (Icons FA ID’s, Banners, etc).
