Pls kill me now.

I've gotten occasional tinnitus for the last 4 years, likely due to my use of earbuds, but this is the fucking worst. I didn't know how bad people with tinnitus have it, but the ringing is still going. Started around 2 or so, just a constant, numbing ringing in my right ear. Already tried the drumming my fingers on the back of my head and gentle pressing into my ears, nothing working so far. Will probably try and see the doctor later today after work or something. Fuck me this sucks.
