Patreon? Should I?

A lot of people now creating a patreon account because of different reasons from what I´ve noticed. Now I think about if a patreon would make sense for me.
Of course I know it´s up to me if I want to do it or not and it´s my decision.
But just creating an account and hope someone would help me get an monthly income won´t be a very good idea. It´s also a decision that shouldn´t be made so lightly. I know I´m not that well known and I currently don´t think that someone would be interest in becoming a patron.
Now from my current thoughts I would say "No, don´t do it." but I would like to hear other people opinions. Do you think it´s a good or bad idea for me to get a patreon account? Any other thoughs and opinions are also welcome. Just would be nice to hear what you think about it.

You mean giving access to wips, sketches etc. that noone else would be able to see, if I understand it right what a paywall is. What about just giving some kind of extras like every month a pic or some kind of raffle or something similar, does this also count as paywall?
