Not played in ages. Upgraded to Horizons, looked around on a planet and then did other games instead ; )

Also I would make a lousy partner due to time difference and constantly getting dragged off to WoW or ESO >.>

It IS a fun game though, if somewhat slow paced :)

I haven't managed to get my hand on horizons yet, I just can't afford it. I've had this since shortly after it came out. I finally put enough time into it that I guess i've gotten invested. Makes for passing the time when I can't draw anymore for the day XD

Pledged to ALD right now, i own several ships *clears throath*

Fer-De-Lance - four pulses and a cannon for combat
Federal assaultship - just got it, one large adn two medim pulses and one large plasma, combat

Two pythons, one for merit work, interdictins and stays in or near systems that needs Powerplay work. The seconde has 240 tons of cargo, a small interdictor for bulletinboard misions. Combat python ahs two large pulse, one large burst and two medium plasmas, BB ship has large pulses and medium multicannons

And the beauty of the fleet is an Anaconda, right now equipped for mining

I also have a little group of my own and only do pve. I don't think I could hold up in pvp at all. Not on a Xbox controler XD

I've managed to get myself ranked up with the federation a little bit in my Imperial Eagle. trying to get the funds togeather for a suped up vulture but thats gonna take a loooong time in my lil eagle XD i'm hanging ou in Volungu in the conflict zones.

not necessarily along time, find a neat RES, high or normal, once you have 4 million, get a vipermk3, then for 20 or so millions yu can get a souped up Vulture. Ofcourse remember Never to fly without insurance

I am named Orkekum in the game as well, you can send a request and ivnite me to your group, if not, you can join the private group Mobius, around 10k players there, another 10k players in mobiusPVE named group, had to split because we broke the group system, usa time zones are in MobiusPVE, europe is in mobius.

I hang either around where ALD needs me, working, killing stuff, or around Azrael, order of mobius home system

Oh and use http://coriolis.io to show me what your ship is like, maybe we can tweak it to get the most of it!

Ahhh this is wonderful information. I've been having a hell of a time trying to figure out what to do next to ease my journey to a vulture. Cus its sloow piss in my eagle rn. I aready have nearly 5mil saved up. but i know thats not good enough for a vulture unless i want barebones. and i don't want to get it just to lose it XD

You suggesting using viper for extractions rather than grinding the conflict zones or was that just for the up to the viper?

viper has superios firepower to the eagle, as it has two medium and two small hardpoints(places for weapons)

yes, ALD is a powerplay, part of major action, Order of mobius is a minor power/faction, inside one or a couple systems only

yeah i got it! the build. I been usin that site like crazy for my eagle and figuring out how i wanna build my vulture. Its awesome.

Vulture does have power issues, so two pulses, little shield boost and bi-weave, wiht all the hullreinforcement you dont need to worry about shields going down, Agility is vultures BEst weapon!

dont worry about powerplay stuff, ALD or arissa lavingy duval, she is powerplay, The order of mobius is a minor faction, as you can see below ship type and name when you look at /scan a ship. it says a name there too, and when you look at the bulletinboard in a station, there are missions, but they are also bound to rank of a minor faction.

IF you do missions for minor factions without one of the three powers logo(federation, alliance and imperials) you only gain influence to that little faction, and get higher paying missions.. if the missions have a logo next to it, you gain some federation, alliance or imperial rank too.

It's the game that melted my last graphics card so I am a bit scared to return to it, but I had a pimped out Vulture and I can tell you it's worth it, but at the same time it feels a bit limiting to only have 2 hardpoints. xS

i'm surpised. ark hurts my compute and graphics card way worse than this game, in fact i haven't really had any problems with it graphically

It's so terribly optimized.

Elite Dangerous was probably just a bit too good for what I had. It played it on high but I guess it was a bit too stressful on the card or something. >.=.<

yeah prob wanna look into that. I do remember getting a few blue screens when i'd play this some time ago. But i haven't gotten a single one since i've come back to it. So it seems to be better optomised. I'd just run it and see how its running.
