I uploaded this picture on Furaffinity last wednesday

and within minutes someone made the first comment which basically said that kirby is underage, so this is breaking the content rules.
I did not respond to him/her, I did not remove the comment either because I didn't think it was necessary.
Soon after they started arguing with someone else in the comments about the validity of their statement, and ended up reporting me.
I got my picture taken down and a three day suspension, with no warning. I tried appealing through email but the response only said to wait until the suspension is over.
I guess that's the end of all my kirby drawings on furaffinity, if it's that easy to screw me up without warning. I'm still very much on tumblr, and I guess I'll upload some to inkbunny. Other than that, not much change.

I mean, how would they know? they never say kirby's age, and if metaknight is anything to go by, they don't look different at any point. I figure he's just like a pokemon or some shit
Wish I would've got a warning, I would gladly take the picture down myself. I wasn't convinced with some comment claiming that the admins agree with them.
Kirby is the narrator in ALL the other games, especially in the pause menu.
"Minors are :
real or fictional humanoids with a childlike body or younger than 18 years old,
and
any adolescent animals."
Kirby doesn't fit the criteria at all here, like I said to like, 10 persons now, that'd be like drawing someone having sex with a tree sapling. You're not going to say the tree is underage.
FA is at entire fault here, they're not even able to follow and respect their own rules
