Its art that people make or commission to express emotions like sadness and anger. Like for example, if someone is sad then they make or commission a picture of them being sad.

Its sad art and his budget is $65
I Might not be the greatest, but I Dun mind helping :3 It depends on what they want, (I took a look at the journal but there isn't much info there) if they want a good quality character there then I'm probs not the best to go to ^^; but if they want a landscape and are happy for it to be a 3D Render, I May be able to help
