Ok. I didn't want to make a fuss about this, but I'm kind of frustrated. I went through the trouble of setting up a cafe press page and getting all of the products put up there, which is very time consuming I might add, because I had a lot of people asking of I sold prints because people wanted to buy them. So I was like, Ok! I'll start selling prints!" So I came up with two original pictures and tried to sell those. Nothin. Others suggested that they wanted some of my other pictures up so I put those up and still nothing has sold.
So I'm here today asking you what am I doing wrong? Are things too expensive? Is there something wrong with the store? Was there a different picture of mine that you wanted to buy that I don't have up there? Is the art crappy? Be brutal, be honest, but just tell me. I need some feed back. I know the economy's bad and everything, but that can't be the only reason that no one has bought anything from the store yet.
Basically, it comes down to this. I have three days left before my cafe press account is going to start costing me money to keep open. I'm not trying to threaten people into buying my stuff, but if I can't see that the shop is at least moving in the direction of turning a profit in the foreseeable future then I'm going to half to close it before it costs me more money than I lost on the thing already. So let me know what you are willing to spend your money on since it's clearly not what I have up there already. PLEASE!

My guess would be that those don't look like designs people were on shirts, except the magic circle. You said be brutal, and honestly most of those shirts look rather ugly. That might just be my opinion tho. All the other stuff like the bags and notebooks look really nice, but those shirts look like you just printed the design on them. Which I realize is probably what happened, but it doesn't look nice most of the time when that's done.
That's my guess why the shirts aren't selling, no idea on the other stuff. But that's just my opinion, I obviously can't say for certain. Good luck on getting those sales up there tho!
I wish there was a black spaghetti strap of it tho...
also..i love the journal..I'll definitely buy one I get some more monayz into my paypal
be patient I'm sure ppl will buy soon n_n
so yea ... if you want people to buy stuff, fist you have to get A LOT of people to see your store ... then a few will say "i so need that!" and you will get some customers ...
and a second thing ... maybe that is just my opinion but about those pics ..... they are great pictures, on there own .. but they don't work so well on t-shirts ... i mean it look odd with those hard borders between the white shirt and the picture ... you have some great talent for drawing, but i think you should know, that to make a nice shirt, you need a pic, that looks like it's a part of a shirt, not just something you stick on it ...
to explain what i mean ..if you have a white sky in the back, you should use the white shirt color, and not put the blue line on top,.... the real the guy is leaning on , should go a bit further, and end in a blur ...
just make a picture look like it belongs on that shirt ... even if you make a pic really simple cause of that ...
Probably the reason why your stuff isn't selling is because there's not much to choose from, you could add more if you like. I would definitely like to see your Kingdom Hearts fan art, maybe some ninjas, Star Trek, chibis, your fursona Sapph in all of his awesomeness, anything in your gallery.
Maybe you would like to switch to Furplanet, it's a better choice since it attracts people who love furry fandom.
Just have patience, people will be buying your merchandise sooner or later. I really want to buy a "Light Show" mini poster, but I would have to ask my *cough mom cough*.
P.S. I, uh, spotted a typo "people asking of I sold prints". God I hate it when I do that.
I'd continue to try to promote yourself, both on FA and on any mailing lists/message boards/etc. you might be on. I think once word of mouth catches on, the rest will do itself.
There's nothing wrong with your products, at the last. I'd buy some if I had the money. However, I'll be honest and say that I won't have any money whatsoever until august, at the least.

might be a good idea, lots of smaller people use it, and webcomics especially
but I can understand I suppose. Just trying to give you more options :P
I wanted to get the Magic Circle Mousepad but when the cost is converted to my country's currency, I gotta pay $40+ to get it. My parents will kill me if they find out I spent $40+ on a mousepad. Im really sorry Sapph....
Wish I could help though D:
And some of these would make great gifts for my friends
