Twitter person using vins art, recoloured it

https://twitter.com/ZaiTheFurry is using art of vin and has recolored it, I've done what I can but not sure how to best report this issue on twitter so help please?
Also this person as well @LilithTheLilium, though they're just using my character out right

Trying to find that out now from the artist, they certainly don't have my permission or the previous owner of vins
