While I do not agree with society's flagrant display of what is termed "gender acceptance" I do believe that a 13 year old should be to some extent genderfluid.

It helps with the experimentation process and from those experiences the poor kid can root out what he feels most comfortable with.

Unless he's a dunderhead that's only doing it for attention. In which case, I hope he learns his lesson swiftly.
