Literally the worst internet provider in all recording history never in my years of having this service have I seen such incompetence and lack of support in a company since dell, also the fact that it's the only one available in this area (could be wrong) we're forced to have them by default, honestly i prefer DSL because sure the internet may not be as fast but at least they're not so unstable and their service isn't as terrible as the one i am currently using, if it wasn't for my folks ignorance or gullibility we wouldn't have such a shit provider.

Comcast has most of America if I recall, and of course. Due to that, they can do anything. I might be thinking of another ISP though. But yeah, a shame you have Comcast. (I might be thinking of Time Warner)

I'm super glad I don't have to deal with Comcast (I have a local provider) because i've heard of some of the troubles that Comcast has had.
