TMI Thursday and general updates

So with the outage on tuesday i was not able to do this journal so am doing it now. Feel free to ask me anything
Also i'm also mashing in some of my gym updates, been going great at the gym i have bumped up from going twice a week to 3 times a week. I'm constantly getting stronger. Couple of weeks agao we tested out my max weight for bench presses and squats, bench is 145lbs and squats is at 250lbs . If i figure it out i may post the video on my phone of me squating 250 lbs, dunno yet. Along with going to the gym i managed to put on about 10lbs of weight bringing me up from 140lbs to 150lbs being a dude at 5'10" i believe that puts me either on average weight or just below average, the best part is it's healthy weight gain
