They don't seem to read and assume that all art is free art when offered (as far as I can assume). Also they don't don't -listen- in general. But yeh they have bothered me, and many other artists before as well.

I hope this isn't sounding too bad (I don't mean to pry into your business) but maybe do commissions by steps. Like, do a sketch of pose/character, get the "okay" from commissioner, receive commissioner money, and then continue to the rest of the commission. I find it helps me with both not getting ripped off (because they gotta pay before I put large amounts of time into the art) and prevents them from being able to complain over the general posing of the art after I lineart it (as they okayed the pose previously). Sorry for rambling, just an idea to possibly prevent this in the future.

Yeah, It may be a little more longer of a time (just waiting for pay) but it's a lot easier than getting burned like that.

Plus it covers a lot of other stuff besides the not getting paid if it's a full on commission.

I say you should leave it up. Its better that you get a wrist slap than potentially someone else getting shafted when doing a commission.

I've put the journal up on my art tumblr and linked it back in the journal. I'd rather not get in trouble if I can but the warning is still out there

Just my opinion though, feel free to disregard. But the worst they could do is delete the journal.

you can always be indirect about it, the name is the big part. white that out but leave the icon, let folks draw their own conclusions.

im sorry that happened to you, kenny has burned many artists before. most have them banned from their stream chats even because they constantly ask for free art. and they also refuse to draw anything from them even if it is a commission. i wish you had known of this before because you arent the first one to have this happen to them. in other news, i clicked your watch button :3
