So as it would appear, I am now behind on both my rent, and electric, due to my store not giving me enough hours each week. They turn around and say that it is due to the fact that I don't have a car, and am unable to work early mornings, or closing shifts. My question then was how come this wasn't a big deal in the previous years? I was getting 20-25 hours each week, which was more than enough to cover everything I needed to get by, and then some. Now, I have to fight with management just to get 15 hours.

I have been looking for a job in, and around my area, but haven't found anything yet. The only other option I have, is to apply for part-time unemployment, and see where that goes. I can't keep living on just 5-10 hours each week. It's getting to a point where it's do I pay the electric, and fall behind on the rent, or do I pay the rent, and risk having my power turned off? That's not a good situation to be in, and it would seem I am stuck in the middle of it.

All I know is, it's getting very hard to do the things that I love, like going out to meets and cons, because of this whole financial hell I've seem to fallen into. Therefore, I've decided that I'm going to cancel my attendance to any future events, and cons until I see things clear up. And sadly, I don't see that happening anytime soon.
