At what pace should you be turning out chapters? I kinda feel like I'm crawling with my story while I look at a fellow writer and she's pumped out like 17 chapters within like two weeks.

I've got such a good story in my head and just trying so hard to get it out to paper for it to be well received and possibly get a fan or two.
