It really wasn't their fault this time, it was completely out of their hands.

oh geez, staff puts so much into this website...so many people rely on this website for so many things like connection with friends, income,,,etc...
i couldnt ever be rude about staff, they try very hard to keep things in order. attacks happen, and attacks are scary.
they responded maturely, and quickly. my hat is off to them.

I completely agree, im tired of seeing people addressing them so rudely u.u:

theyre honestly probably so stressed.
i'll admit, i was very scared for FA! i rely on it for income, it's the only place i get any!
but im thankful for staff for saving it!!! they could of easily just left it, but they care!
