You want an honest opinion? I think you could easily be a professional artist for any number of companies, if you so desired. There's a raw vibe I get from your art I don't see in many places. I suppose it feels like when you do grit, it's GRIT. The real deal, not half-assed attempts at badassery but all the struggle, strength and just plain mean that comes when conflict occurs. And it's all there on the page for us to see. Even the happiest or most abstract pieces I've seen you do have a very strong root in the mess we call 'real life'. Maybe I waxed philosophical somewhere in there but hey, I like your stuff.
