FA hiatus, you can follow me on Twitter/Transfur/Weasyl

Commission queue Trello board: https://trello.com/b/sEYNXMHt/art-commissions
Short version: I'll be taking a hiatus from FA for a while, with maybe the occasional journal.
However, do expect my Twitter(really, my main hub for contacts and networking), my Weasyl and (more importantly for you TF fans) my Transfur to be kept up to date as often as I can. You can find the links below:
Twitter: https://twitter.com/Fringecrow?lang=en (used to be my private account but may now become my main "furry" account)
Transfur: http://www.transfur.com/Users/fringedog (TF content only. For those who like my TF work, though, this may be a plus)
Weasyl: https://www.weasyl.com/~ludocrow (I've always kept my Weasyl as up to date as possible. Recent events just give me more reasons to).
For the short story, I've had a very rough month.
I won't be angry(really, I'm not, we all have to do business) at people who still uses/need it, but FA's recent downtime in the midst of trying to recover from it was the cherry that landed at the top of the cake.
I've done the math, and right now I'm getting more traffic/contacts/commissions/networking through social medias and groups I joined thanks to people on social medias than I have had from any galleries. So for now, I'll be focusing on my Twitter while using my galleries(transfur, Weasyl) as more of a mean and place to archive my art for people who follow or find me on social medias to look at a more complete work. And for that goal, with my commission business contacts having spread mostly out of FA(even if a fair amount of commissioners still uses it for browsing art), Weasyl and Transfur suffices me(seriously though, it you like TF art.... give a look at Transfur. Great TF artists are on there and it's where most of my clients found me before even watching me on FA).
Bearing no ill will for people using FA, mind you. Most of you are all cool :)
I just need to refocus my attentions elsewhere for a bit(especially with starting to get commissions from RL folks too). I may return more actively once things simmer down a bit. May still give the occasional journal update but we'll see.
In the meanwhile, you all now have my Twitter(it's where I'm the most active, socially as well), my Weasyl and specifically my Transfur(which I still consider the best place for quality TF artwork).
Longer version of what's been up on my end leading me to this decision:
To be short, the month has been horrible on my end.
Between a break-in on my dad's land, a LOT of gathering to attends... two week ago a drainage pipe has clogged up and flooded the basement.
Trying to figure the origin/source of the problem and dealing with the flooding cost me that entire week.
Afterward, I lost close to -another- week last week due to the massive work of emptying all of that basement so it can be put in storage for the incoming repair works where the whole floor will be replacement while the drain pipe is also itself replaced.
Meanwhile, one of the terminals for TV at the beginning of the last week ALSO got fried for unrelated reasons thus leading us to a lot of really "unfun" moments as well while dealing with the replacement part of that.
With all of such work starting -this- week, I'm also expecting to be heckuva busy and just hope I can catch back on lost time nonetheless.
So while trying to deal with this, I'll be still trying to catch back on lost work.
Recent events though only also reminded me of the difficulties of managing multiple galleries. So I'll try to take a break from that and refocus my attention on a few in the meanwhile. I know lots of people watch my here and guenuinely, I apologizes. But for now while I've got some amount of commissions through FA people, I've had more from social medias and contacts I got from there. So in the meanwhile I'll try to focus on that.
If things get better, or else, maybe I'll be more active here but I'll see. So this isn't a farewell. More like a "going on a vacation" from FA stuff. In the meanwhile, there's still a ton of places you can still find my works
Personally I've always liked Transfur a lot. It's specialized in transformation artwork which a lot of my fans should appreciate(in fact, a lot of them found me there first before finding out I even had a FA!) and ton of quality artists are there. It's also due to eventually updated in a new form which should include a ton of very fun features(especially for writers!).
Otherwise, Weasyl has remained a solid gallery for me. There's less traffic there obviously as people say... but as a place to archive a copy of all of my art, it has so far worked perfectly in that role.
And finally, the fact is Twitter has already sort of become my main "hub" already. Over the start of the year(even somewhat before that too), it's where I met the most other artists, viewers and even commissioners and other people who also invited me within their social networks outside of twitter or FA where I met other people who became either friends, commissions or both. So I've grown to the point where for me a gallery is more of a place where I can archive my art than where I network or find clients.
Plus, there's something to be said about how Twitter, and how it's furry-agnostic and thus not beholden to any specific sites, is also thus a very nice place for furries centered on different sites can still meets and chat up with each others without having to make a furry account on the other sites. There is really something to be said about all the awesome friends I have met there both within and without the furry community(and in this regard, I have to give a shout-out to my many friends and fellow artists on "werewolf twitter" and the awesomeness that was had with them)
If anything, I'll just consider stuff as a reason to further clean up my act there and be more active/"professional" on social media. :)
I may return(likely will) but again, for people who want to follow my recent works you can find it there:
-Transfur: http://www.transfur.com/Users/fringedog (awesome TF=centric website by and for TF fans)
-Twitter: https://twitter.com/Fringecrow?lang=en (where this bird-headed birb that I am blab out the most. Feel free to follow me/chat up/etc with me there)
-Weasyl: https://www.weasyl.com/~ludocrow (my gallery away from FA, which is just as up to date)
Edit: While I'm at it, other awesome folks I've met through different places:
https://twitter.com/Somnilux A friend and frequent commissioner, who also created the "Dreamcatcher" universe and personal RPG setting around which gathered a lot of awesome folks, many of which I can also consider nowdays friends.
https://twitter.com/Howlitzer One of the friends I met through what I now refer to as "werewolf Twitter". Awesome werewolf TF artist and werewolf shitposting master. Another person I'm very glad to know.
https://twitter.com/TeknicolorTiger
https://twitter.com/Harvey_Art
Two of the best artists of "werewolf Twitter". I already follow TeknicolorTiger on Patreon where she posts awesome art, and own Wolfskulljack(HarveyArt)'s artbook alongwise one of the shirts from her store.
https://twitter.com/HamsterToybox Very fun and nice werewolf artist :)
https://twitter.com/WerewolfNews I don't think the "werewolf twitter" community would be a thing without WerewolfNews. They are the host of the site of the same name, and thus a very fine purveyor of all news Werewolves(and sometimes general horror as well). While not started by them, I do not think #drawawerewolfday on both Twitter and Tumblr would have kept going as long as it had.
