Terms of Service
Commissions & YCH
- You must give changes during the sketch stage, only minimal changes such as colour changes or small things that may have been missed are allowed.
-Add any and all info needed for changes in the Additional Info section on a YCH, as YCH do not receive WIPs unless extremely detailed (Chibi's do NOT receive a WIP and only minor changes can be done, such as colour or missed markings at the end)
- All payment is upfront, using Paypal only
- Have the money prepared before you contact me for a commission
- Do not send the money before I have accepted the commission
- If I have not yet started a commission, (any sketche(s) etc), then I will provide a full refund
- Please make sure you are spending your money wisely, art is a luxury, not a need!
- Additional characters will always cost more than the base price of one character, sometimes they may be cheaper than just one character, please see commission sheets or info, or simply ask
- You cannot receive a refund if:
- You do not like the finished product, as you should have given guidance during the sketch stage
- You have changed your mind on a piece in the future
- If I have provided you with a sketch, you will only receive a partial refund due to time already spent communicating and working on the sketch.
- I have the right to decline any commission, request or trade.
- Prices listed in GBP must be sent in GBP only, if you have any issues, I can send an invoice
- If you wish to use your commission for profit, you must say so BEFORE commissioning me and have my approval. If used to advertising purposes or anything aside from personal use, there may be additional fees involved, especially depending on the level of advertising/profit you will be gaining from this piece.
- If you use any work of mine for profit without my permission then legal action will be taken.
- If you wish for changes in the future, please be aware that I may not have the original files anymore. In addition to this, if I DO have the original files, there will be a fee for any changes such as colour. Changes will change the price of the fee, but it will start at £8 GBP for time.
Adopts
- Once you have claimed an adopt and purchased it, you cannot receive a refund, please respect that I am not a large business and I have bills to pay and food to buy and will not always have this money around.
- You can make any changes you wish, add stuff, detract, switch genders etc. I only ask for credit when used as a reference, as it is my art!
- If you wish to sell on or trade the character in future, you may only do so at the same price or less than the one you purchased it for. The only time the price should be higher is if you have purchased additional art of this character, or other items such as a suit, kigu, plush, etc.
- Feel free to be creative and make suits, plushies, themed items of this character, they are yours! (I'd totally love to see!)
