There is NOTHING wrong with your fetish as long as nobody is non-consensually hurt by it.
If your fetish is PURELY grounded in fantasy, whether it be diapers, loli/shota, feet, non-con, pokemon, uniforms, etc. it doesn't matter.

I have absolutely no right to tell someone they can't enjoy something as long as nobody else is harmed as a consequence of it.
And hell, like above I tell people NOT to be ashamed of it and embrace it. There is no "fetish police" in waiting to kinkshame you.
If people have a problem with what I personally like, that's on THEM, not on ME.
I do like loli/shota because it (to me) embodies the idealized form of 'cuteness', and I just like cute little things.
This may/may not even be in reference to pornographic material. I just love cute stuff and it bleeds over.
I am in NO way attracted (sexually or romantically) to children in real life.
I'm actually at some point in the future, when we have a bit of extra funds,

i think people also forget you can AESTHETICALLY be into something frowned upon but it doesnt necessarily mean it carrys over into your real life desires. like your situation, you like something because its cute but you arent attracted to kids. (also good on you for getting your tubes tied. its a good option for people not wanting kids and i hope it fixes your health concerns!)
