Attn: digital artists! need help with tablet drivers please

reposting this journal because I really want to draw, and it still isn't working.

My tablet has no pressure sensitivity. The drivers are missing, and even after reinstalling drivers, it still says no driver found. I have searched online for answers, and tried several of the solutions I found and nothing works. What appears to work for other users is not working for me, and I'm very frustrated with it.
I have a Wacom Intuos3 and Windows 10. I've had this tablet for over 5 years, and Windows 10 for a couple months. This is the first problem I've encountered using this operating system. I was drawing last week with it no problem.
Does anyone have any solutions?

- uninstalling the driver completely and remove all user settings from the tablet, plug the tablet into a different USB slot, reinstall the driver
- are you using a wired tablet? If so try replacing the cord.
- try using a different driver, I have an Intuos 4 and I've used a bamboo driver before and had it work.
I've tried the first suggestion already. I'm going to try it again just in case it decides to work this time.
I am using a wired tablet, but I don't think its an issue with the cord, as it lights up and still works like a mouse.
I didn't consider using a different driver. Interesting, I'll try that if it still isn't work. Thanks!
I would try what Clemikou said, if that doesn't work (and you're able to..), I would switch back to Win 8/8.1... OR you could see if the driver will run for a different Windows os. I forget how to do this, but I know it can be done with programs through the Control Panel.
Thanks for commenting. I don't know how to switch back, but I'll look into it if I have to. This is the only issue I have with win10 so far.
Oh hey ^_^ I found this:

If you are wanting to downgrade to Win 7 through 8! Ugh.. just read that you only have a month to do it though ;-; unless you have os discs for another os.
