A few possible things you can try...
- uninstalling the driver completely and remove all user settings from the tablet, plug the tablet into a different USB slot, reinstall the driver
- are you using a wired tablet? If so try replacing the cord.
- try using a different driver, I have an Intuos 4 and I've used a bamboo driver before and had it work.

I've tried the first suggestion already. I'm going to try it again just in case it decides to work this time.
I am using a wired tablet, but I don't think its an issue with the cord, as it lights up and still works like a mouse.
I didn't consider using a different driver. Interesting, I'll try that if it still isn't work. Thanks!

Win 10 has been messing with my Tablet PC pretty hardcore. I get a popup screen with "Lock", "Task Manager", "Log Out, etc randomly, that will sometimes require me to restart the entire computer before I can do -literally- anything. The screen will randomly flip on me, which then some times causes the security screen to activate and then the whole need to restart process -_-. It's a huge hassle. I seriously hate that Win 10 was installed when I got this computer. The bugs with it are rediculous and you can't find many -if any- solutions for it.

I would try what Clemikou said, if that doesn't work (and you're able to..), I would switch back to Win 8/8.1... OR you could see if the driver will run for a different Windows os. I forget how to do this, but I know it can be done with programs through the Control Panel.

I was forced into windows 10 when it automatically downloaded and said "install now" or "install later" I was worried something like this would happen, and relieved when everything seemed working normally at first, but now I get this. Stupid Windows.

Thanks for commenting. I don't know how to switch back, but I'll look into it if I have to. This is the only issue I have with win10 so far.

My issues didn't start happening until about 3-4 months into having it ;-; Everything was perfect up until then. Other than the whole tablet problems (security screen, flipping, and the 'tablet driver disabled' notification.. all randomly) it's good.. but the whole point in this laptop is that I be able to work on it lol so the problems are extremely frustrating.

If you are wanting to downgrade to Win 7 through 8! Ugh.. just read that you only have a month to do it though ;-; unless you have os discs for another os.
