Distinctive Fabrics security issues??

So i just got an email from DF that was someone ELSES order confirmation.
Meaning they just sent me an email that has someone elses name, phone number, and address on it.
Ive already contacted this person and they are calling DF to figure out what happened but this makes me really uneasy about ordering from DF. Cause my info could easily end up in someone elses hands. So im just putting this warning out there for anyone else that uses distinctive fabrics.
cause this isn't just a simple email mix up. My email is erika[at]matthewjensen.com and no one but people in my family use the matthewjensen.com part. So something is screwing up in their system

Ok so apparently talking to their customer service was like talking to a wall and they were trying to deny what was going on.
So yeah. I think both me and this other person are kinda done with this distinctive fabrics, cause we've both had other issues with them before. So yeah i'd be SUPER wary if you try ordering from them.

Oh lovely, I went to try and remove my info from their site. only to find that somehow, my account is gone. The email was not in the system and it allowed me to make a new one with that email.
Accept clearly it IS in the system, since I was getting emails from them. So great. I cant even get my address out of their system. because according to them 'they dont have it'.

They've had really crappy service for the past couple years sadly.
I'm willing to bet there's a way to report them. I believe Beastcub had a similar issue. Or another maker I follow, but I'm pretty sure it was BC.
I was going to give them another chance, but shit, this is messed up. It's one thing to get an order wrong, but with your INFORMATION in there?? Just wow. And editing your account info? Just missing? Holy crap. I mean, I can't even.
Absolutely atrocious. I hope everything went well for you; this majorly sucks.
