It's kind of a difficult con if you don't know a ton of people there, too. Still pretty small there ahah

Guess it's just as well, then. Still, I've never been to a con. Been to a few meets before, but not a con. Maybe next year.

BLFC, midwest furfest, and FC tend to all be fun. To be honest I prefer BLFC so far, they're set up so once you're in the con space, you're basically near everything. All the panel rooms and such go off of the two main con rooms, so you don't have to aimlessly wander to try to figure out where everything is. Plus, it's at a casino, and they have a surprising amount of stuff to do there (multiple restaurants, theater, concerts, mini golf, go karts, bowling, etc)


Though all cons heavily depend on who you know there. It's much better (in my opinion) to aim for a con that you'll know a lot of people at. That way you aren't awkwardly tagging along with one person (or just by yourself) and you have more you can go do :D

Good point knowing lots of people, thanks for that advice. I'll be sure to socialize prior to any convention attendance.
