I'm sorry to inform you, but this is actually unacceptable as an apology. There is a lack of detail located almost everywhere on this journal. If you wish to apologize you must tell the reader what you are apologizing for, and why what you've done was bad. I actually took the time to read your previous DeviantART journals and Solidscale's interactions with you have been very well structured to observe. He is right about how simply tracing somebody's artwork and reposting it as somebody else's trade is less of an act of theft, but also highly rude as it showed not only how lazy you were, but also how you took no effort to create something original for 2 different users twice. One as a full on trade and one as a free gift. If you are to trade or give somebody a gift, an act of good heartedness is to create something original for them, and not take the copy and redraw it as you so offered. That is actually even worse as an act of redemption. If you truly wish to apologize you will first of all address the truths of your problem in full detail, what you've done. Then you will offer anything as a redemption towards those you have wronged, The victim of theft (twice), those you have lied to, and those you have done art for that have been realized as stolen works in the form of tracing. Like before you have attempted to tell me that what you did was completely fine, in which I am saying You have to apologize to Me too. I will gladly post every quote you have sent me that was and is contradictory to beliefs you have had. So again you will redo this journal, under a long edit, and not remove this post. Becaude this comment will be sceenshot and sent (if necessary) to those you have wronged in the past for your actions. Remember, you cannot apologize without honesty, and even worse if you neglect what was wrong to begin with.

Also, is it okay that I disagree with the notion that I traced on the gift? I simply misunderstood a ref sheet, I didn't use the same pose or anything. (If it's in fact the picture I think you're talking about.)

One last thing, in the redraws, it will be a completely different picture altogether, not a redraw of the original.

The most obvious of misinterpretation being his tail, you did not put leaves. However, as I have actually shown you before, this picture is not a reference sheet or even ever supposed to be used as one, this is a Cosplay picture using Rogus's main character, Kokoyo Vermillia, as Captain Murasa from the popular touhou series. Kokoyo's true reference sheet, which becomes true you didn't use, was posted almost a year earlier than his cosplay.

Had you actually used the real reference sheet and not a picture that clearly states it is cosplay, you would have.
1. not drawn Kokoyo lying down with a smug grin- the same pose as the cosplay.
but also
2. you would have drawn his leaves and perhaps also another pose completely different.

This sadly also supported how lazy you have been for this along with your own journal stating, "I have uploaded about 200 works I just don't have the time to go through them all."

you missed the point entirely, for starters, that cluster of sentences I had wrote exposes that you've clearly not use the proper reference sheet, nor bothered to ever look for it. If you, again, did not play the lazy card and actually take the time to read thoroughly, you would notice that. You were so concentrated on my acknowledging a picture that the reason why I acknowledge it flies over your head. Redemption is about taking time out of your life to redeem yourself, as I must repeat. You cannot fix, nor can people forgive you if you're just too lazy to try. Besides, the pictures people claim you have traced or stolen must have the original also linked or else it is untrue. However we have gone over these two pictures before and how you traced everything, but removed the clothing for this gift. Never once did I say you stole the pose, only traced it. Even a lazy person with the find feature on their computer will see that. So again, please read before you reply. There are 3 forms of art theft, all different but equally bad: Plagiarism, Tracing, and Stealing.

that is still not good enough, I told you to write it thoroughly, and that you will apologize to those you have wronged, which means again, the victims, the people you have avoided listening to, and those you have disgusted. If I were to apologize for tracing somebody's long worked picture, if the situation is too strong, I would not only remove the work (which you haven't), but also send private messages to each of them you traced from and lied to. This is still not an acceptable apology in which now you are attempting to sound like you were the mature person in this conflict.
You will, again, rewrite the apology, and this time, actually mention those you are apologizing to without generalization and also acknowledge that you did not steal, you traced, in which is another form of theft but not close to stealing.
Also, using a featured picture is blatantly lazy if it does not say reference sheet anywhere in it. That was a very stale move to make and does not help defend your case. Not only does it say you didn't look for his original reference (and only one by far of Kokoyo), but also you never looked in his gallery for it at all, you just took what you saw and traced it.

You know what, I have almost 200 watchers, and the people I've traced from have moved on. I will not let a handful of people prevent me from moving on with my work.
