I took apart my old gpu to see what was wrong, only to discover that I let the tester at work -.-
There are no flameouts and the capacitors are not bloated. Wich leads me to believe it could just be a malfunctioning mosfet that I can easily test replace. If I did not leave all of my stuff at work.
If I achieve at fixing this fucker, i'm gonna try something very interesting with it.
I also ordered my new gpu, it's gonna be a msi gtx 960. It's scheduled to arrive by the next week.
