Requests: No Just found out today my car was totaled [if you read previous journals someone hit me last Thursday]...makes me so mad. I have gap coverage thank goodness to pay off my loan but it still doesn't make me any less pissed off. I know I'll have no problem finding the exact same car in the price range and same monthly payment but I know it won't be the same color I had. It still sucks. I would have enjoyed the holiday weekend more if the accident never happened....this is all just frustrating.

Right. If they actually paid attention before going I wouldn't have got hit. I do believe my car insurance company is sueing them for me. Hopefully I'll see that money but I doubt it. I may have found just ONE car same as mine somewhere about 50 minutes away from where I live same year same model same color with less miles than what I had bought my car last year. So I'm hoping its in a good exterior condition =) I might be getting another car tonight. I really loved my car and the color so I'll be really happy if I can find one that is the same.

I'm so sorry. :( I really am. I had hoped that wouldn't happen. Have you considered taking the person who hit your car to court?
Its alright I'll probably find a car better than what I had. I believe my car insurance company is already going after the guy. I just got a bunch of stuff in the mail about getting a lawyer I just don't have the money for that.
