I found this on twitter a couple of days ago, I had no clue this was legit until I heard that chubby cheetah's voice. Clawhauser made voice recording on the ZPD answering machine. Letting people know to call if they happen to find the missing mammals.

My only issue with him: the first scene hes in, yeah, I didn't really think the donut stuck in his neck flab was very cute.
I DO however maintain my view that hes not "overdone" in fanart. That belongs to the super minor characters like Gideon or Manchas.
