yep I'm bored and will be doing a run

I have the comments set up to orginize myself
at first is starting to about to get to the first gym
1 is at the first gym to almost ad gym and so on
VR/E4 is victory road and the elite 4
and postgame is postgame

just got a wurmple and hopeing it turns into a beutifly
I nicknamed it "potpourri"
super easy fight
Ryou (wingull) lv 11
Vince (taillow) lv 11
Mist (surkist) lv 8 (might need to do more leveling)
Potpourri (silcoon) lv 7 (freshly caught)
I do plan on fighting all of the challangers in the gym
2 hit first geodude with watergun due to sturdy
then 1 hit his other geodude with watergun

fight against leader roxanne
brought geodude down to it's sturdy then it 1 hit Ryou with rock tomb...
this could be bad
sent out vince to finish it with quick attack
leader ended up using a potion...
then used rocktomb to take vince out
sent out mist but also 1 shot
potpourri left with only harded, yea this didnt go well, I need to rethink my strategy

okay now I lost to tackle after 5 defence curls
maybe if I lead with vince and use quick attack to break the sturdy I can take down the geodude, but I dont know if I can handle her next pokemon
I landed the quick attack and broke geodude's sturdy
Ryou was easily able to take it down after that!
after I took down geodude I swapped in for mist in an attempt to break the sturdy again
welp I broke the sturdy but mist fainted q,q to be expected though
the sturdy didnt prove to be a problem becuese watergun only does around 30% damage to nosepass...
however Ryou can tank 2 rock tombs from it
sent out silcoon and she brags again...
this time using harden twice (forceing me to use it as well) then spamming tackle which does very low damage
fuck this bitch
I did some grinding, turned silcoon into beautifly and brought it to lv 12 to learn absorb
will be leading with mist since it knows quick attack and can break geodude's sturdy
hit the quick attack and got a rock tomb to the face knocking out mist
going to send out Ryou to finish it with water gun
RYOU LEARNED WATER PULSE! this might be a game changer!
switched out to beautifly to check my damage with absorb, about 1/5 damage then 1 hit with rock tomb
sent out ryou and tried out water pulse, did about 3/5's damage and confused it!
she then used a potion but I brought it back down so didnt matter too much
finnaly took it out with a third water pulse! holy shit that gym was a pain!
Ryou was the MVP of the rock gym no doubt about it
went to go to the cave to find steven but theres a bunch of people blocking the way, I guess the gym wants me to face the next gym first, that's kinda lame but okay :/
caught a female zubat and named it "veronica"

with EXP share vince leveled up and learned double team, I have a feeling this will be a huge help in the next gym

even though I have a huge type advantage kinda scared for the boss since I wasnt able to 1 hit anything without a crit
luckily a few of my pokes know growl which should cripple him

smacked him pretty hard with wing attack then he used knock off almost 1 hitting me
he used a super potion then I 1 hit him with a crit wing attack
that gym went as expected
game freak really knows how to fuck with my nostalgia right here

slugma was 2 hit with water pulse
saw he was using a walimer so I swaped into potpourri...
didnt expect it to know rollout but at least I was able to get a stun spore on it
swapped into Ryou again and did a bit of damage to it using wing attack but got smacked down hard with a 2nd use rollout
sitched into veronica and took it out using supersonic and bite
my rival sent out his grovyle and sniped veronica with a quick attack
sent out vince and was able to 2 hit him with wing attack!
anyways besides destroying the town I remembered so well I got to the gym, took down my wally's ralts and will begin grinding for the next gym
I dont remember exactly what happened but his grunts were very easy even with a type disadvantage

veronica was my lead and was attempting to confuse and flinch hax
it worked on his magmaite untill he used a super potion then spammed volt switch and took me out
attempt 2 I lead with Vince
I was planning on spamming double team and after he paralized me spam facade
it worked on his voltorb but he got a lucky hit with magneton and took me down no problems
after this I did quite a bit of grinding and evolved Vince and Mist
my new plan is to use my O power for special defence, lead with Vince again, and spam X spl defence while using double team and facade to take him out and I think magneton will be his last pokemon so I tought it confid to help deal with it
I know this is a really cheap method but I dont think I can do it any other way
I used a Xsp def and my 0 power takes effect giving me x2 sp defence and x1.5 attack, the type disadvantage shouldnt matter too much anymore but for safty I'll be using a couple more
magmite used thunder wave actvating my guts and facade will do x2 damage now :^)
it used volt switch and only did 1/4 my HP, this battle is mine
after my third I start using facade and 1 hit his voltorb
1 almost 1 hit his megamite with facade but it stays in with sturdy :/
I was able to 1 hit his magneton
all that's left is his megemite which I take a couple turns to use confide just in case of a lucky crit and I cant handle it which he does end up critting me and taking me out
but I send out Ryou and take it out with a quick attack wining me the battle!!!
MAN Vince was the MVP of this battle no doubt about it!

this time I let potpourri lead the team and she does not dissapoint!
she took out the first aqua admin by her self at the cave, then took her out again by the mountian!
she then 1 hit archi's first pokemon then got 1 hit by ice fang
after that vince came in and took him out with ease

oh cool the next grunt has a fighting type, shame it went down in one hit against my air cutter
3 hit the dude with the kekleon
and 1 hit the dude with the numble
shit is too easy
1 hit her slugma with water pulse
2 hit the torkoal with a water pulse with gitting a confusion, it ended up hitting itself so took no damage from the leader's ace
and 1 hit her numbl
...I took no damage in this battle, shit was too easy
the game takes me directly to the next gym
reached the fifth gym with the following

took the accuracy room
2 hit mary's delcatty with aerial ace and got some posion damage. I'll just stick to using facade to avoide damage for the rest of the gym
took the recovery room and 1 hit the ace trainer's liloon
at the OHKO room, should be easy enough
and OHKO'd his zangoose
I 2 hit KO'd his first slaking and almost got knocked out by posion
he sent out vigroth and I used my chance to switch out into ryou to use protect against his retalate
HOLY SHIT HE'S ENCORING ME locking me from doing any real attacks
swaping into veronica becuse this guy is faster than me
used posion fang to take it out
swaped back into Ryou to protect lock his last slaking
preventing it from using any moves I take it down with ease by spamming water pulse and finishing it with a brine
vince (while posioned) 1 hit the admin's sharkpado and steven 1 hits the grimer

first grunt has a golbat and I try to make it posion vince but it's not happening so I just beat him down
2nd grunt I was able to 1 hit it's canarva without any status condition!
and I'm going to let potpourri lead the team for the boss since it doesnt get enough credit
it hits me with swagger and 1 hits it with ice fang...sending vince as backup
ONCE AGAIN OHKO WITH NO STATUS wow this thing is stronger than I thought

2 hit KO his grovyle with air cutter
then 2 hit KO'd his last pokemon with air cutter and brine

2nd grunt I almost killed it with surf but it recovered ON THE FIRST TURN WTF?!
after that I 2 hit ko'd it with surf
I avoided everyone else becuese I didnt wanna waste my time with them
leading with Ryou
using stockpile to raise my defences 3 times
almost OHKO her swello but she uses her only potion to save it
I 3 hit KO her pelipper using surf then air cutter twice
2 hit KO her skarmory with surf then brine
Ryou was almost fainted so I swaped out to vince and 3 hit KO'd her altaria
also took out team aqua at mt. pyre, again easy sweep
