Please read these Terms of Service before you commission me!

- I offer commissions in the digital art medium unless specified. On the occasion I may sell badges or traditional art.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a NSFW commission
- I reserve all rights to my artwork, you may re-post but only if you have my complete and full permission
- I also offer private commissions.
- I DO NOT SHIP.
- I do also accept time sensitive commissions, however I must be notified that it's a time sensitive and when it needs to be finished as soon as you note me for a commission
- I do not have a set wait time, but my turnaround is usually 1-2 weeks. I've never taken longer than a couple months.
- Do not pester me, I will cancel your commission.

- I only accept pay via Paypal
- Payments must be in USD.
- I only accept upfront and full payments. (unless otherwise agreed upon)
- ALL FINISHED and UNFINISHED WORK IS NON-REFUNDABLE, ALL SALES FINAL. No. refunds.
- I do allow payment plans for bigger projects like comics, sequences, or Reference Sheets

.: Revisions / Works in Progress :.
- I do NOT offer WIP sketches unless requested and the price exceeds 20 dollars, unless it's a reference sheet.
( This goes for larger projects as well, it's understandable to want one for larger pieces like Ref Sheets or Comics, albeit it is your job as the Commissioner to inform me that you would like one. )
- Due to commissioners in the past asking for many edits, I now am only going to offer a One time edit. If you are unsatisfied or I overlooked something.
- I do not allow Edits for something you did not express, please make sure you know exactly what you want before commissioning me.
- If you want something you did not specifically state previously in the commission, it will cost and I will give you a quote.
- I do not do any revisions on finished work, once it's done it's going to cost to change.

- I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT POST ARTWORK. Sometimes I just do not post commissions, do not take this personally. It's just a matter of preference.
- I also reserve the right to refuse / cancel a commission at any time, even if it has been paid for prior. If you are pushy or rude I have no problem canceling my business with you. Be patient, I am only one person.
- You do NOT have permission to remove my signature/ watermark
- Purchasing any form of art or content from me means you agree to my terms even if you have not read them.
