Awkward Situation

A lot of my friends are having babies and becoming mothers/fathers recently... and I kinda kept getting into this embarrassing situation with one of my family friends. >_>;;
We were gathering in the living room enjoying the cute baby, the mother was in the other room doing some stuff. The Grandma was carrying the baby and she started saying things like... "Oh look at her nipples they are just like her mom's... yada yada... (with more descriptions)" Like out loud with her other sons and me all in the same room. O_O;;; Immediately I gave a >__>;;; <__<;;; look because I dunno how to react to that "TOO MUCH INFO" situation. But definitely the Grandma wasn't feeling that it's TMI as she kept mentioning it on another day when I was there again. Everyone went quiet at that moment... omg... I just wanted to dig a hole and hide.
If I have a Mother-in-law I won't want her to know so much about me and to say all these in front of her other sons and treat it like nothing. Maybe to her it's nothing, but I don't feel comfortable letting people know how my nipples look like. -dies of embarrassment- I mean it's something so personal... IMO that is... it's not like she's talking about a nose or ear... IDK I might be over reacting but I just hope I won't have anyone doing that to me. I don't even want to imagine that happening.
I hope my friend don't find out or her MIL will stop doing that. OTL but maybe she don't mind, but I don't know. lol

I might need to get new inking pens... or I should dig out my manga pen and indian ink somewhere under the bed... It's been years I use them.
