[STATUS] How it actually went

Third-Job = Pretty much resolved. Estimated 1 hour per month upkeep.
Sloth Claws = I have one usable claw, a resin prototype, two that are kind of okay, and one that is a bubbling mess. I might have to buy another pack of resin. The key to demolding is lube. (No, not like that. It goes on the outside of the mold so it doesn't stick when I flip it out.)
Xavi = No progress
Alexi = No progress
Fat sassy pony is doing okay. She's much more well behaved with a heavier workload, and I'm still making an attempt at suggestive literalisms.

If you are getting lots of air pockets, you could always use a vacuum chamber. Carnauba wax/silicone mold release works well. You can look under composite mold release to find a specific one. You can get brush on or spray. Brush on is cheaper. I used to do composite work on military and civilian aircraft. If you use a vacuum pump, note me and I can tell you the way to get the best results.

OP
I use a quick cast resin, so there's not enough time for a vacuum pump. Oddly enough, the mold release was the problem. It wasn't drying completely. so the heat from the reaction created vapor bubbles.
