I will not be rushed, perfection can not be rushed.
If I am rushed I tend to take longer to get the piece done.
If I am harassed about the art every other day or demanded to get things done in one or two days.
I will cancel your order and you will not be refunded.
If you Become SEXUAL or Make SEXUAL References Towards Me Then I WILL End your commission and you will ONLY be given Back 50% Of the Price you Paid for the Commission
I HAVE FULL RIGHT TO DO THIS. ((This has happened so many times because they think if they can Pay me they can make sexual references or advances towards me. ITS NOT OKAY))
I hold the right to refuse a commission or customer, for whatever reason I have!
I WILL not do art of character that is copywrited or NOT owned by you.
I will try to do most commissions, but there are times that I might not be able to.
I will NOT refund you unless: It has been an overly long period of time (more than a year) OR I am unable to do your art piece.
All commissions and ych must be paid for before I start them. No exceptions! I will Hold until Payment.
Please do not give me a Second Life pictures as your reference, because I can not get accurate colours from then. ((Traditional is alright if you do not mind me twicking the colours))
I will not work with them, sorry guys. Unless you can give me clear, no-shadowed images. I can not work with them.
I will NOT do: NSFW Male Character, scat, vore, diaper, armor, mecha, hyper anything, body inflation, water sports and hedgehogs
My prices are set, do not complain about them please! If you can't afford them then please look for someone else.
This T.O.S is subject to change, by purchasing from me, you are agreeing to all statements above. I will not be held responsible if you are displeased with your piece after it is fully completed. I will change it once and only once for you if I am not swamped in other orders, or feel it needs a change on my own accord.
