D20 is the group for tabletop playing furries. Roll20.net is a virtual tabletop website, and lots of games get advertised on there. Myth-weavers.com is a discussion forum customized to facilitate play-by-post games.

I'd like to play in a game (or even run one!), although my system of choice is 13th Age (or Savage World). Unfortunately, I simply haven't had the time to do it. :\

Well, it sounds like something I'd be up for - of course, time and privacy permitting. I can't really do 5E beyond the basic rules - I don't have the books and I spent my free money on furry porn. X3 It's not nearly as daunting as that might imply, though, especially if you're already familiar with D20 systems.

On occasion, I don't have a group though, sadly. Pathfinder is my jam, but I have to say 5e is pretty solid and very easy to teach, which I love.
