Tragedy has once again struck our nation at 2am yesterday morning. My heart, thoughts, and prayers go out to the residents, victims, and victim's families. 50 innocent people killed and over 50 more wounded at the Orlando Pulse Nightclub.
Florida's Governor, Rick Scott, tweeted about the incident, stating:
"This is an attack on our people. An attack on Orlando. An attack on Florida. An attack on America. An attack on all of us."
This really is an attack on all of us LGBT or not.
A GoFundMe has been set up for the victims and families of this unspeakable act by a group called "Equality Florida".
