Have a bit of spare time today, so figured: why not put these together, finally. Price sheet also coming sometime soon.
not open yet, that'll come in a separate journal when I feel ready for it

General
- I work on a slot-based system and will occasionally open a set of 6 - 10 with an open theme, and occasionally themed to the season.
- I will not reserve slots when im not open. This becomes too much of a hassle to keep track of and defeats the point of limiting my openings
- I will allow only one slot per person on the list generally. To take another commission, you will have to wait till the next slot, or one of my slots remains unclaimed for longer than a week.
- Commissioners and any other parties involved in the picture may repost, other third parties must ask permission from both me and the commissioner.
- When having someone else's character involved in any mature or adult way in way of a gift, make sure you have written permission, or if it's a gift, im able to make sure you two have ties or they are fine with their chararacters being draw in such a way.
- I maintain the right to post the finished product in my gallery and use it as example for future commissions. I am willing to skew posting dates in case it's a surprise gift for someone, but I will not refrain from posting at all. Being credited as anonimous commissioner is fine.
- I maintain the right to decline any commission for any disclosed or undisclosed reason.
- While I will try to do my best to show plenty of wips, do not attempt to rush me. Rushing lowers my willingness to finishing a piece, leading only to poorer quality art.
- I am fine with fixing any mistakes made in the final product.
- Make sure you have reference of your character or something I can easily pick/deduce colours from. if not, written descriptions are preferred over any second-life or similar screenshots. They can be used to assist the provided description, but they are terrible to use as colour reference.
Payment/refunds
-Payment can be done at two moments in time. When you request the commission or after I've shown and you have accepted the pre-line sketch. The moment of pay is up to the preference of the commissioner, but when choosing for the latter option, I will not continue on the drawing until after I have gotten payment.
- Currently only paypal is accepted as payment, no da points or other dedicated currencies of a random site.
- Currency will be in EURO
- When you decide to pull out of a commission I generally will give a refund, depending on the circumstances and progress made on the picture: Sketch done: 100%; Lineart done: 50%; colouring done: 30%; shading done and beyond: no refunds possible.
-Pulling out of a commission at any time without giving me a proper validated reason will give you a mark, lowering priority for upcoming commissions. Three marks will put you on a blacklist for a while (length currently undecided)

example, early on fa i coloured a sketch of mirage for cow as i needed practice, there were a handful of complications though because i had to tweak a handful of lines for colouring purposes which neither of us knew about at the time. turns out even minor tweaks like for that changed how the artist wanted to be credited.
still it got sorted rather rapidly.
the difference was in the case i detailed above, i was a third party who lined and coloured it

Heh. Nobody has said it here, but I love when people do that despite the journal explicitly stating that commissions aren't presently open. CX
Also, regarding the first point under the Payment information, I think you meant to write "when choosing for the latter option, I will not continue on the drawing until after I have gotten payment." ;P
