'challenging, fast paced, exciting work environment'!

Why does every job include this in the description? And always presented as though this is exactly what every job seeker wants. It's fucking ridiculous. Sure I don't want a boring job, but there's a huge gap between that and what is usually meant by 'fast paced and exciting'
I mean, I do know the actual reason they list that. It's because that description means you will be run ragged and yelled at at every opportunity, given little to no training, and paid shit. But you can't say that, you gotta spin it into a positive. nonono, we're not running our employees into the ground and giving them shit the whole way there, we're challenging them, in a fast paced work environment that's 'exciting'!
I need a nap, not dealing with being fed bullshit during job applications on my day off before a long ass weekend of work.
end whineybaby rant.

So if they hire you and the team is a pain in the ass they have the fallback excuse of 'well you said you work well with others.'
Challenging, fast paced work environment is definately not a draw card for me since I interpret that as we're understaffed and don't really understand what we're doing. Don't think I'd tell them that in the interview though.
