For those that still read these. I'm having a little issues with ideas for Mark's field stages. Mark's move set is more combat base so I'm playing with the idea of his stages being more beat em up style.
A issue I'm having to deal with is the classic rpg angle and my limited programming know how, so Im looking for some enamie ideas that I can work with.
Most enamies are mostly wild Pokemon. Feel free to suggest any Pokemon and a little of what they could do. Maybe some unique patturn or behavior? Also if anyone knows how I would program their idea, I'm up for listening. (But only if you know programming to begin with)
Thanks for reading!

Well, we could start with basic beat'em up archetypes. You could have weak, throwaway enemies like Rattata and Tyrogue who deliver simple punching and biting attacks, and come at the player with a relatively straightforward approach. Then you've got your fat guys like Snorlax or Hariyama that are tough to take down, move slowly, hit hard, and probably have some sort of body slam or charging tackle. There's also quicker enemies that jump around and are tough to follow, coming at the player when their guard is down but otherwise avoiding conflict to make fighting back difficult. Pokémon like Ninjask or Bisharp might be fun for that. There's just a few generic examples.
Would there also be weapons and power-ups to collect and use? How about a classical health-draining special attack? Knowing exactly what the player has at their disposal may help with ideas for enemies.
