Good news and Bad news

Good news: I finally got that wacom tablet and I'm getting good at drawing with it.
Bad news: the one picture I made digitally that looks good can't get posted on here or possibly on any art site I go to because of the limitations. The type of pic I have is an RIF when I need mainly a jpg, gif, png, or a jpeg. So I'm pretty much stuck with a piece of work I'm proud of but I'm unable to display. :(
Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

How about just opening the RIF and then Save as another format ?
And thanks. I never thought of changing the format when saving it. ^^
