Changing submission thumbnail anyone?

Hi guys
I'm trying to change one of my submissions thumbnail, but apparently FA refuses to do it -_-
1) I clicked on “change thumbnail” in the submission page, browse the new one, but when I click on submit FA ignore the new thumbnail and shows the old one again.
2) I also tryied to trick it :P
I changed the main file, submitting the thumbnail instead of the artwork (so FA uploads it as a submission). Then I changed it again with the real artwork, but un-checking the “create a new thumbnail from the new file” voice.
But again, FA did as it pleased, and changed the thumbnail too, returning to the starting point. -_-
Am I stupid or anyone else has the same problem? Any suggestion?
I doesn't seem to be a browser-related issue, because I tryed with both Firefox and safari. -_-

Only had to do this once before and it was a few years back.
So just pop in the update and check it later
Also there used to be a thing about having to hit f5 to refresh and show the new image.
Sorry all I know and it may not be current.

Next time I'll try to remember to add it during the actual picture upload process.
