"The patient seems normal at first sight if I did not have his medical record I would haven’t even known he suffered from schizophrenia, masks it very well. Has not been issued any medication it is very surprising he can repress it like he does, I have concluded he is at about stage 3 maybe level 2 Schizophrenic. After a couple of conversations with patient he I assume an increase of about 20 to 30 percent of instability if I had to give exact percentage it would have to be 29% if increase of 5% patient will have to be Hospitalized. Patient is an Enabler need to reconsider friendships if he wishes to stay out of a facility.
