Adult Baby Universe(ABU) issues and resolution

Hello every fur out there,
So I made my second order of padding from ABU this month. It came in the mail last Friday and sadly they gave me the wrong size. I went right over to the site and tried to file a ticket only to see that you can;t even get into the help center. The next step was to look into the contact page and there they had email, phone number, and hours of operations. I sent in an email as soon as I could and within about 45 minutes got my first reply. Now this surprised me already as they said it would be at least 24 hours! I corresponded with a Mr. Mike several times that day. He said it wouldn't be an issue and I could just send the case back. My issue is I already tore the box up and opened a bag. On top of this my bladder is kind of weak these days making it problematic to go without some type of protection. In return he asked me for some more pictures to prove that yes the box is destroyed and the whole case was the wrong size. Now sadly that was it for Friday and I didn't get an email until yesterday and a half an hour before closing. Mondays for most of us are pretty busy and this was the case for Mike. But I still felt like I was being pushed tot the side as he essentially said it felt like I was trying to scam him because I didn't have the ability to ship the padding back. You see I can't send large packages out of my apartment and on top of this don't own a car. Add the 100 degree weather we've had for literally weeks and it wouldn't be possible to safely get a 40 pound or so box in the mail. Also to be told after paying so much for their padding that I seem to be a scammer just put a sour taste into my maw.
So what changed to have me make a post about all of this? Simply, when I got home today I was ready for a battle. I was ready to write emails to fight back after feeling basically ignored. Heck I even called them to try and to resolve it over the phone to only get "Mike will take care of it." But instead was met with something much better. First off I came into this only expect some type of discount on my next order. Especially with no ability to return what they sent. Instead I got an email saying they are sending a case in the right size and Mike personally checked it. Now ABU's padding is NOT cheap in any regard. They are great quality and high capacity. The designs are adorable to boot! So for them to send a whole case as a way to compensate blew me out of the water. Again I would of been happy with a discount and never expected a replacement case and not to have to return the erroneous order. So would I say that ABU has changed their ways. Yes they are trying hard to fix mistakes and get things going in a effective manner. They went beyond what I was expecting out of them and I do think that if you want something special or a treat to go check them out! They aren't cheap sadly but for a treat every so often, I can totally recommend them!
To everyone at ABU and especially Mike Thank You for working on this. I know that when a company doesn't help it gets on my nerves pretty badly. But again they went further then a good deal of companies do these days!
