He bid in my auction but he not pay in time and accuse me of fraud

at first he use "Auto buy" in my auction and i send note to him to pay for that and send his character ref to me but he don't pay for that

then post your recent PAYPAL log. if the user could not provide anything like transaction ID. don't worry, the user would be warned.

Click 'edit' on this journal
Change it to 'harassed'
he kept pestering me for a free sketch to judge me and kept ignoring my rules with no frontal payment first. i kept blocking his username whenever he tried to get me to do it. once i had it with him he showed me a FRAUD payment website to pay me. i reported him like 5 times.
Otherwise displaying their name publicly you are unintentionally creating a witch hunt for people to harrass them.
