my art work are so huge but getting 13 to 20 MB i dunno how to make it small

I don't think there is a way to make it smaller without changing the file type. PNGs are so large because they don't compress or lose any of the data/details. You could try saving them as JPGs if you don't have any transparent layers to worry about, once the image is complete that is, because saving as a JPG will combine all the layers and lose that data.

The simplest way to go about it is to just shrink the picture. Save the picture at full size and resize it by about 75-50%.(Be sure to save the original) I find that plain old MS Paint provides the most consistent results with the least quality loss or dithering. At least, from the programs I've tired out.

Don't diss on MS Paint! That shit's handy for simple stuff. And it's especially handy for pixel by pixel work like for sprites.
