Is this a legitimate feeling??

I get this weird feeling some times...
Like- there was a documentary showing some parasites and id feel really uncomfortable in the one spot the documentary was talking about and then in the chyropractic office there's these muscle pain things and if I watch them the muscle they're talking about starts to hurt and all. Then if people talk about a head ache I get one and sometimes people will talk about a feeling (like feeling a feather) and I'll feel it. Or I'll be reading and it will describe like....the texture of a wall and then I feel like my hand is touching said wall?? I think I'm going insane.
