Copyright question

Hey guys !
I'm probably going to ask directly to the admins, but still, I wanted to ask you first.
It happens to be a French independent studio that develop games (what a coincidence XD) that actually called themselves "DragonSlash".
Knowing that I declared that name here and on other websites around 2009, I wonder if I have the legitimacy to claim that name as mine. After all, all the drawings I post here are copyrighted Dragonslash, and I have nothing to do with those people.
Do you think I could claim something ? Don't want money, just that they change their name.
In advance, thanks for your wisdom

You can't copyright a pseudonym, so unless you've registered DragonSlash as a company name they're free to use it. Sorry, man. :/
Now, if you happened to be a game developer and/or this name is the name of your "company", you could potentially have a claim to it. But it's a large grey area. Your best bet is to hit up an actual patent/trademark/copyright attorney, preferably one with a free consult, and ask. This is a bit outside the jurisdiction of Internet advice.
Does it mean that now my drawings belong to them ? oo' cause technically, that's what it says now ><
