Si tu as bien déposé un copyright en France (ou international) et qu'il n'a pas passé la date d'échéance (si il y en a une, comme pour les brevets) tu peux porter réclamation, et à mon avis tu devrais.. Si ils avaient pris le même nom pour un autre secteur d'activité je pense que ça n'aurait pas causé de soucis mais là..

Nope, je connais pas vraiment mais à mon avis le copyright ça va bien plus loin qu'un simple écrit sous une image, il faut des contrats signés qui garantissent la protection, et en cas de litiges tu te sers de ces contrats au tribunal comme éléments qui vont te donner raison. Tu peux demander aux admins de FA si ils ont des contrats qui protègent leur artistes, leur nom de marque (parce que un nom d'artiste c'est plus qu'un simple pseudonyme, c'est aussi une marque) et leur contenu. Si ils en ont pas alors je pense le copyright de FA n'est pas valable

What you're looking for is a trademark. You cannot copyright a name, only trademark it, and only if you got to it first, and only if it's the name of a product or company or something. Because it's being used as a pseudonym and not the name of a company you don't really have a "claim" to it per se.

Now, if you happened to be a game developer and/or this name is the name of your "company", you could potentially have a claim to it. But it's a large grey area. Your best bet is to hit up an actual patent/trademark/copyright attorney, preferably one with a free consult, and ask. This is a bit outside the jurisdiction of Internet advice.

No it does not mean your artwork belongs to them. That's like if my name was Jack Black and if I signed my work "Copyrighted by Jack Black", that does not mean that the celebrity by the same name owns that copyright nor can lay a claim to it because of similar names. Same thing happens here. You go by a pseudonym that just happens to be owned as a company name by other people and you signed your work that way, but that does NOT mean that the company owns your work or anything. The copyright notice on FA is not really an official legal statement more than it is an afterthought. My artwork says "Copyrighted by Sergeant". But Sergeant is not my name, and most all of the work in my gallery are commissions.
