Can you help me figure this out?

I've been interested in trying to get a graphics tablet ever since i saw some one using one at Furry Fiesta,
but i cant figure out exactly what it is called that im trying to get my paws on
the one i saw was a notebook sized portable Touchscreen graphics pad on a LCD monitor of sorts,
I'm really looking for something like that
but every thing i find is either USB and or doesn't have a visual screen
any one know of a good Hand-Held LCD Graphics tablets?

though HP is a shitty computer maker anyways
but it realy is just a matter of opinion, a people ive known who have owned a hp laptop have had it go bad within a year
heck my mates, the graphics card died, took them 6 months to get it back to him when he sent it back.
then his sound card went out
and now his wifi card well internet period doesnt work for him
my friend, hers keeps crashing on her and she constantly has to restart it
what kind?
My experience with HP hasn't been that great, but it was mainly an issue between the processor and operating system, not anything related to your grandfathers department.
