OBS help needed!

So what do you do when that program just craps out on you?
Like I was in the middle of streaming and was told that the stream just sorta stopped. I didn't stop it and OBS didn't say it was stopped, but on Picarto it just said that the stream was offline. So I try to fix pretty much everything and it's still saying that my stream won't connect.
I'm pretty sure it's not an issue with Picarto since other people's streams are working just fine.
But it started out working perfectly fine and then just stopped...

its been having issues on and off since yesterday
Though I honestly wouldn't put it past my laptop having issues. It's old and slightly glitchy anyways. I did eventually get the stream back up and running so I guess it might've just been the site since I didn't change anything in OBS (aside from frames per second...but even that was a minimal change). :P
